Bringing Cosmodreams to GLEX-2021

Blending art, technology, and scientific exploration, Sputnik Partners showcased artworks from the Cosmodreams project at the Global Space Exploration Conference, providing an immersive space-themed experience for over 800 specialists from 59 countries.

Sputnik Partners showcased 10 pieces from the Cosmodreams exhibition project during the Global Space Exploration Conference (GLEX-2021) held in St. Petersburg, Russia, 14-18 June 2021.

The conference, organized by the Roscosmos State Corporation in collaboration with the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the St. Petersburg Tourism Development Committee, gathered over 800 specialists from 59 countries, and more than 1,000 joined online. Participants, which included scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, educators, politicians, and designers from all over the world, convened to discuss recent developments, challenges, and groundbreaking solutions in the space industry. Cosmodreams’ artworks and augmented reality application provided participants with a unique and immersive space-themed experience.

Marina Fedorova, the author of the exhibition project, expressed her enthusiasm for the event’s potential to bring together people with a shared interest in space: “Cosmodreams is already a symbiosis of not only art and modern technologies, but also science. I am very pleased that my artwork was presented at the conference, where scientists, engineers, designers from different countries, and everyone interested in space were invited.”
